Shipping & Returns

All products sold from Āhua Gallery can be shipped locally, internationally, or collected directly from our store in Rotorua, New Zealand.

Items delivered within New Zealand will be delivered within 2-5 working days.

Items delivered internationally will be dispatched within 2 working days however the delivery timeframe varies depending on the freight company.

Our items are shipped using Mainfreight, NZ Couriers and NZ Post.

 

Shipping Costs:

Click & Collect – Free of charge. 

Within New Zealand – $12

Internationally – This ranges per product and is calculated at checkout. Taonga is precious cargo to deliver and we take care in arranging the correct packaging and insurance to make sure your taonga arrives safely, therefore this increases the price of shipping for larger taonga.

International orders may be subject to import duties, tariffs, taxes, customs clearance charges, brokerage fees, disbursement fees, storage fees, return freight, redelivery costs, and any other charges imposed by the destination country, carrier, customs broker, or other authority. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping price unless expressly stated otherwise, and are the responsibility of the purchaser and/or recipient.

If an international shipment is refused, delayed in customs, unclaimed, redirected, returned, held for collection, or requires reconsignment after dispatch, any resulting costs are also the responsibility of the purchaser and/or recipient. If any such costs are charged back to us as shipper, we reserve the right to recover those costs from the purchaser and/or deduct them from any refund, where applicable.
