Our hāngī buffet dinner infuses Māori flavours, with an array of global cuisines and cooking styles. Indulge in lamb, chicken and vegetables cooked in a hāngī, served alongside mānuka smoked salmon and ham, oysters and mussels, finishing with a delectable dessert buffet. Dine with breathtaking views of our valley.
Mārama 2.0 returns with paths, geysers and landscapes illuminated in a whole new spectrum of light, taking you on a journey from the depths of darkness into a world of light, as the beauty of our geothermal wonderland is amplified like never before.
This hosted, carefully curated night walk blends storytelling, artistry and sound. Soundscapes drawn from the sounds of Te Puia itself, woven together with original music from our own artists, guide you from the festival-like entrance, past interactive artworks, and into the valley where ten unique scenes come to life in light.
Purchase a refreshment while taking in views of the magnificent Pōhutu Geyser. The trail concludes with a farewell beneath the glow of Mārama, as you pass through the traditional setting of Pikirangi Village.
